Happy New Year 2015!

My New Year Resolutions

1. Be happy.
"Nothing is worth it if you aren't happy."
2. Be a more open-minded person.
"If you don't go through life with an open mind, you will find a lot of closed doors."
3. Be a more forgiving person.
"Forgiveness is a gift you give yourself."
4. Stop living in the past and start building a better future for my family and myself.
"The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams."
5. Pick up the guitar again (and relearn how to play it!)
"Miracles start to happen when you give as much energy to your dreams as you do your fears."
6. Practice drawing once every week (or if that's not possible, every fortnight)
"If you can dream it, you can do it."
7. Do something useful for my future F&B business, be it planning, seeking advice or something practical.
"Don't dream your life, live your dream."
8. Pick up a new skill (dance, martial arts, composing etc.) or language (brush up on my Korean).
"Keep learning and learning."
9. Join a new club in school or elsewhere. Meet new (good) people and make new friends.
"Every friend is a new adventure. See the World. Meet new people. Find yourself."
10. Build up self-confidence.
"It's not who you are that holds you back, it's who you think you're not."
11. Get in touch with nature; look at the clouds, the skies, the stars, the moon, the trees, the mountains, feel the breeze and embrace nature.
"You learn something everyday if you pay attention."
12. Show my love for my family.
"Ohana means family. Family means no one gets forgotten or left behind."
13. Be a better person than I have been in the past year.
"The only person you should try to be better than, is the person you were yesterday."
14. Lose weight (and stop feeling fat!) - time to hit the treadmill!
"Someone who is busier than you is running right now."

Let's make this year a marvellous one.
